Email me directly
Everything comes to me — there's no support desk and no bot. I read and answer every message myself, usually within one working day.
“Will it fit my pump?”
The quickest way to find out is to show me. Send a photo of your pump head taken from directly above, and if you can, hold a ruler or tape across the widest point. Rough is fine — I only need to know whether you're inside the standard 20–34 mm range.
I'd genuinely rather tell you it won't fit before you buy than have you disappointed by the post.
Custom and made-to-measure
Oval pumps, unusual shapes, salon or medical dispensers — I can print to your exact pump. Custom fits are £14.99 and come with a perfect-fit guarantee. If it doesn't fit when it arrives, I remake it or refund you.
Send a photo from above plus a measurement across the widest point, and tell me roughly where it's being used (kitchen, bathroom, bedside, workplace). It helps me get the height right.
Order problems
If something hasn't arrived, arrived damaged, or isn't what you expected, email me with your order number — it's in your Stripe receipt — and I'll sort it. You don't need to argue your case.
Bulk, care homes and occupational therapy
If you're an OT, a care provider, or buying for more than a handful of basins, get in touch and I'll quote properly rather than making you add packs to a basket. Same for anyone wanting to stock PALM.
Press and collaborations
Happy to talk to anyone writing about accessibility, daily-living aids or 3D printing. Same address.
Response times, honestly
handl is one person. Weekdays you'll usually hear back the same day or the next. Weekends can take a little longer. If you've waited more than two working days, something has gone wrong — please chase me, you won't be annoying me.
