The product
PALM by handl is a 3D-printed clip-on adapter for existing soap, lotion and sanitiser pumps. It is made in the UK using Bambu Lab PLA Pure, a premium plant-based plastic derived from renewable corn and sugarcane resources. It is a daily-living aid, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and no medical claims are made for it.
PALM is designed to grip the pump head you already own. Pump heads are not standardised between brands, so fit cannot be guaranteed for every pump on the market. Please check yours against the three fittings before ordering, or email a photo from the side and you'll get an honest answer. If it doesn't fit, it comes back for a full refund.
Bambu Lab PLA Pure is a plant-based material and is not resistant to dishwasher temperatures. PALM is strictly hand-wash only: rinse it regularly under a lukewarm tap or wipe it with a damp cloth, then allow it to dry. Do not place it in a dishwasher or expose it to boiling water or other high heat, as this may warp or melt the material. Heat damage caused by dishwashing or other use contrary to these care instructions is not a product fault. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
Disposal. The part is recyclable industrially, not through household collection, where it contaminates the plastics stream. The mailer it arrives in is certified home compostable to EN 13432, TÜV OK compost HOME, licence S1362, and the wrap, band and labels are paper and recyclable. There is no plastic in the packaging. The certifications above are held by the filament and by the packaging. The finished printed part is not certified as anything: it is not food safe, not food grade and not medical grade.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include free UK delivery. The price you see is the price charged. There is no discount running, and no higher price to compare it against. If prices change, the change applies to orders placed afterwards and never to one already made.
Your order is accepted when you receive a confirmation from Stripe. If something is mispriced or unavailable, you'll be told and refunded in full rather than charged.
Availability. PALM is in stock. Each one is printed to order, so there is a short making step before it is posted. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. You may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund, and your statutory cancellation and returns periods run from the day the goods are delivered. If anything delays your order you will be told and offered a refund.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. handl does not receive or store your card details. Charges appear on your statement as GETHANDL.CO.UK.
Delivery and returns
Orders are printed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, then take 2–3 working days to arrive by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery is free and to UK addresses only.

Liability
PALM is a simple mechanical part with no moving components. It should be used as described: clipped onto a pump head and pressed. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Beyond that, and because this is a consumer sale, liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
Your rights
None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
